This summer the Clara Barton Community Center is hosting three nights of free films to be shown al fresco. Bring a chair or blanket and settle in for a fun family night at the movies. The first “Movie on the Lawn” night, June 24, will feature the Disney/Pixar film Inside Out. Showtime is at 8 p.m. Drinks and snacks will be sold. On July 22, Alexander and the Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Day is scheduled. The final film will be Pan on August 12. Contact the community center at 240-777-4910 for weather updates.
Our goal is to “bring the entire community together for a great time of laughter and fun. So please come and enjoy a night out under the stars with your neighbors and the staff of Clara Barton,” says Derrick Perry, the Recreation Specialist at the center.
