The numbers are in. This year’s Chicken and Crab Feast served up close to 500 meals and brought in just over $10,000. After expenses, the Cabin John Citizens Association raised close to $3,500 to support association activities.
As significant as the fundraising is the sense of community that is fostered during this event. Dozens of residents, young and old, volunteer their time to make this event a success. While hundreds come together, not just for the good food and lively tunes, but to share a meal with their friends and neighbors.
